One reason we love Crystal Beach Palm Harbor is the well-rounded mix of income levels in one adorable little gulfside community. Of the 28 Crystal Beach FL homes for sale, 8 are waterfront and over $1M, another 8 are under $300K (none are waterfront), and the rest are somewhere in between.
