This is the view from the back steps of this Ozona Florida home we sold last month at 128 Harbor Drive. Nice, eh? We had been helping our buyer friends for over a year to find the right place. What’s really amazing is that this home wasn’t even for sale!

Through word of mouth we learned that the owner might be interested in selling someday. Long and somewhat bizarre story short (sorry, can’t share the bizarre part), Matt and I made it happen.
Can you imagine – in this market, mind you – a Realtor calling you up to see if you’ll sell your home?!?! Talk about a dream come true for most sellers! This is my favorite example so far that shows what lengths we’ll go to to ensure that you’re ridiculoussly happy at the end of the day.
By the way, this was a wonderful yet simple 3/2 rancher that sold for $575,000 or $343/sf.
Our buyer friends are going to tear it down and build the Ozona Florida home of their dreams.
