It’s not at all like us to focus on the negative, but ….. I can’t resist! As our fabulous broker, the amazing and delightful Nikki Ubaldini says, everything after ‘but’ stinks. She’d want me to re-coin this ”Opportunity for improvement MLS Photo #1″. Sorry, Nikki.
While looking for a Pinellas home this morning for some great friends, I stumbled across this gem of a Pinellas MLS photo. Makes you want to run right out and buy this nice piece of Clearwater real estate doesn’t it?
Never mind the fact that this Clearwater home owner needs a dumpster immediately, but what was this agent thinking when they took this listing?
