Happy Valentine’s Day !
Yesterday we got a home under contract for some out of state clients. We were absolutely ecstatic to be able to make this happen on the evening before Valentine’s day. This home is a great 3/2 Palm Harbor home, but let it suffice to say that we had some challenges to overcome in selling it.
Today, on this Valentine’s Day in our Palm Harbor home, we started the day with our son eating heart-shaped eggs and heart-shaped toast. You couldn’t have dragged me to Emily’s Family Restuarant if you tried. I’m reminded of the importance of slowing down just a bit, if only to call a loved one you haven’t talked to in awhile to say that you love them. Perhaps even to set a date to set sail to Caladessi Island to hunt for sea shells.
And the best surprise of all, today we officially added TWO families to our list of ridiculouslly happy clients and friends for life. Or at least I’m guessing they are – because we received some great Valentine treats. First, check out this fabulous box of See’s chocolate truffles that arrived via UPS from Chuck & Sheila in Colorado (they are the couple who’s house we sold yesterday). Thank you Chuck & Sheila! YUM!
We also received a hand-delivered special photo Valentine of baby Wyatt today from his mother, Kellie. We handed Wyatt & Kellie the keys to their new Palm Harbor, FL home just a few weeks ago, and we helped them land their first home for $45,000 under current market value! Beleive it or not, it wasn’t even a Pinellas Short sale. Thanks for the Valentine, Kellie!
If you’d like help buying or selling your next home, we’re happy to help you assess your situation and come up with a game plan that will get results. Chocolates aren’t necessary.
